The rooftop environment is a standout feature, perfect for unwinding after a day. The rooms are spacious, modern, and maintain high cleanliness standards.
However, there are a few drawbacks. The shower tends to struggle with water pressure during peak times, leading to inconsistent temperatures. I also found the soap holder in the men's shared room was broken, and while the nightlife in the area was lively, it didn't quite meet expectations, especially compared to spots closer to Armenia Street. Lastly, the hotel has a cash-only payment policy, which feels a bit risky and inconvenient for travelers.

Just spent 12 nights in the Standard Double Room and really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Perfect spot to chill after a day of exploring. The service was on point. The staff, especially those at the restaurant, were super friendly. Em Nazih restaurant served great food at decent prices, making it easy to grab a bite without heading out. One big downside though, the pool closed early during my stay, which I initially booked the hotel for, and there was no prior notice about this. Found myself wishing I could enjoy it more. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though there were some annoyances like inconsistent water temperatures in the shower.

Breakfast was consistently tasty each morning.
Unfortunately, I faced multiple issues during my stay. The fridge in the room did not function properly, and the shower had inconsistent water temperature, often only being warm in the mornings. Additionally, during check-in, I was charged $5 for a second room key, and was shocked to learn they only accept cash payments in USD, leaving me at a disadvantage.

The staff were incredibly helpful, taking care of issues like slow internet and a leaking showerhead promptly, which made us feel valued during our stay.
The shower in our room struggled with water pressure in the evenings, leading to inconsistent temperatures that were quite frustrating.

The rooftop pool and bar area provided a serene escape after a day of exploring, complete with attentive service and fantastic views. The organic food served at the restaurant was a highlight, showcasing local flavors beautifully. Some inconveniences arose during my stay, particularly with the noise levels in the restaurant during peak hours. Additionally, there was a delay in room service on one occasion, which impacted my overall experience. Lastly, I encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning that required maintenance.

Great location near a vibrant scene with lots of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed visiting some local rock bands on their rooftop, and it was awesome to hang out in the urban vibe of the hotel. The staff, especially Ali and Wissam, were incredibly friendly and eager to help throughout our stay.
Though our overall experience was positive, we did find the breakfast options lacked variety during our stay, serving the same items every morning.

Hamra Urban Gardens provided an exceptional experience with its attentive service and immaculate cleanliness. The staff, particularly Mike, demonstrated outstanding management and went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The room was spacious and modern, perfect for a business traveler. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions. The dining options, especially the delicious offerings at Cafe Em Nazih, enhanced the overall stay.
The breakfast options could benefit from more variety.
